Frankincense: essential oil - put couple of drops on tissue and inhale as it evporates

or incense - burn on old dinner plate as needed

Inositol - part of the vitamin B complex, not truly a vitamin in foods like whole grains, wheat germ, raisins, peanuts, cabbag, lima beans, unrefined molasses. heavy coffee consumption leads to deficiency of this. V safe 12 g a day for depression and 18 g for panic and OC disorder 3-6 g daily should be sufficient. See results in 4-6 weeks
