make bone broth
put bones in water to cover with 2 T per quart of water ONE of the following - apple cider vinegar, red or white wine vinegar or lemon juice. leave for 30 minutes NOT aluminum pot
bring to boil and cut back to slow simmer 6-8 hours with lid on pot and adding water when necessary. You can add eggshells at this point. slow cooker works will but take longer. strin and sip s a tea or doup cn add vegetables after straining and cook add salt, pepper, butter or olive oil for flavor as desired. Never reheat in microwave.
