Sleep Shake

Walnuts help sleep.

Establish proper sleep patterns.

drink walnut milk by blending 1/8th to 1/4 cup skim milk with same amount of walnuts. could also include 1 t ground flaxseeds and/or raw sunflower seeds, 1 T lecithin gtranules dash of cinnamon and vanilla flavoing. keep it at less than 3/4 cup. helps with sleep and late night food cravings, too.

Supplements: magnesium, calcium, valerian, theanine (green tea extract), wild lettuce, lavender, melatonin, yoga, hops (Dr. Mercola)
